Crystal is the "phantom force" of the Matt Mulder Team - originally from the thumb area of Michigan, she first ventured to Kalamazoo seeking an aviation management degree from Western Michigan University, only to graduate from Kalamazoo Valley with an associate's degree majoring in Animation in 2010, and ultimately meeting Matt Mulder and deciding to join the real estate field in 2011. After a few successful years operating in Kalamazoo, Crystal moved back home to the thumb and works remotely from there today. Over the years, she has moved from Assistant to Executive Assistant to now Director of Operations and has become an accomplished and invaluable member of the team specializing in customer service and improving systems that allow us to provide better and better experiences to our customers as we grow.
