Emily grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She moved to Kalamazoo to attend Western Michigan University where she earned her BA in Sociology. She has had many years of customer service experience, which helps her work with many different types of people. People describe Emily as laid back, adventurous, fun-loving and empathetic.
